How to download your favorite Video

Want your own copy of your favorite flash video in youtube, myspace and etc., then here's a solution to that.

Using your Firefox browser install Fast Video Downloader plugin.

Install and restart your Firefox. Then browse site you want to download then click there icon then save the FLV file.

FLV is a flash video file you can play it using VLC player

or convert it in other format like mp4, avi or mpeg using any of the 5 best media converters from Lifehacker.
