The Company Team Building Experience & The Japanese Coy

The Team Building Activity

Our company had a team building activity earlier today which was held in High Ponds Resort(located in Binugao, Toril, Davao City) and it was a very rewarding experience. Aside from meeting the other co-workers from the other shifts, we also had team-based activities which has helped build rapport each other and to get to know each other better.

Aside from the team-based activities, we also had a seminar on How to Resolve Conflicts without Killing Each Other which was enjoyable (with all the wittiness of the resource person) and enlightening because we are able to know how to handle conflicts better without compromising our work and the company itself.

This activity was the first for the company but this won't be the last since the company is getting bigger (the company is targeting on hiring 500 "agents" in 2-3 years).

After the seminar and the short awarding ceremonies for team that standout during the parlor games and activities. We were are free to roam around and explore the place.

The Japanese Coys

After the activity and we have an hour or two to explore the resort, I was able to some photography shoots of the place. But what grabbed my attention was the big fish pond filled with Japanese Coys. Although these kind of fish are common knowledge, what makes it extraordinary was the their calmness while I was taking the shots at a close range.
